Our goal: Partner with homeschooling families by offering engaging enrichment opportunities that complement each students home education through project based learning, outdoor exploration, life skills, creative arts, and collaborative experiences.

Featured Project: Seed to Table
Our first immersive project, Seed to Table, gives students the opportunity to experience the complete journey of food—from planting a tiny seed to preparing a meal to share with others.
Throughout this project, students will:
Plant and grow fruits, vegetables, and herbs from seed.
Learn how healthy soil supports healthy plants by creating and using nutrient-rich worm castings.
Visit local farms to learn from members of our agricultural community.
Explore how grocery stores are organized and how food moves from farm to table.
Shadow a local chef or cook to experience a professional kitchen and food preparation.
Design an original recipe featuring ingredients they have grown themselves.
Prepare and present their dish for classmates while practicing teamwork, communication, and presentation skills.
Collaborate to publish the Circle Oak & Vine Cookbook, featuring student-created recipes, reflections, illustrations, and what they learned throughout the project.
This project naturally integrates science, mathematics, language arts, health, agriculture, and life skills while giving students a memorable, real-world learning experience. It embodies our belief that the most meaningful education happens when students can connect what they learn to the world around them.
Enrichment Services
Circle Oak and Vine offers enrichment for homeschool families of the central coast.
Two Pods Available:
Monday and Wednesday - 9am to 2pm
Tuesday and Thursday - 9am to 2pm
One to one tutoring services also available!
Local Field Trips
Once or twice each month, students step beyond the classroom to explore our local community, engaging in real-world experiences that deepen learning and connection.

Learning That Connects to Real Life
At Circle Oak & Vine, every core subject is intentionally woven into meaningful, hands-on experiences. Students don't just learn concepts—they apply them in authentic ways that deepen understanding and create lasting connections.
Mathematics comes alive through baking, woodworking, gardening, budgeting, measuring, and building. Students practice computation, fractions, geometry, estimation, and problem-solving while completing real projects.
Language Arts extends beyond reading and writing. Literature becomes a gateway to exploring nature, history, character, and life skills. Students read quality books, discuss ideas, write reflections, follow written directions, research topics, and communicate their learning.
History helps students understand how people have solved problems throughout time. Whether studying pioneers, ancient civilizations, or early inventors, students apply historical knowledge by building structures, using traditional methods, creating projects, and seeing how mathematics and engineering have shaped our world.
Science encourages curiosity through observation, experimentation, and discovery. Students ask questions, form hypotheses, collect data, make calculations, analyze results, and draw evidence-based conclusions while exploring the natural world.
Our goal is for students to see that learning isn't something that only happens at a desk—it's something they use every day. By connecting academics to real-life experiences, students develop stronger understanding, greater confidence, and a genuine love of learning.
